From The Inside: How Curvaceous Behavior Shaped My Personal and Professional Journey

"I celebrate my small victories"

This is Nicole, an intern from Curvaceous Behavior. As I am approaching graduation, I've been reflecting on my journey while working with this incredible organization - and how much I had grown along the way.

As a college student, managing a blog and college at the same time was not easy - but I didn't let that stop me. In the beginning, I have a few experiences of writing blogs. Thankfully, with the guidance provided by Geornee and references from other blogs, I was able to learn and adapt the balance. This experience had not only shaped my writing skills but also strengthen my confidence in writing informative content!

Even though my position at Curvaceous Behavior was remote, I always felt welcomed, supported and truly cared for. The weekly meetings and checkups with Geornee was helpful since the stress from college can build up overtime.

As an international student, being a part of this organization feels like a second home for me - a safe space where I can express my thoughts and feelings through writing. Geornee's kind heart and passion to uplift people inspired myself to grow even more.

While my journey did not change overnight, my time at Curvaceos Behavior became a meaningful turning point in my life.I did not just gained new skills, but also a purpose, confidence and a sense of belonging.

I will carry this chapter with me forever, and I am forever grateful for this opportunity to work with such an empowering community.
